Founder
Rob is a chartered surveyor who advises a variety of landlords from private individuals to PLCs on their property portfolios. His specialisms range from building and estate acquisitions to commercial tenant mix strategy and lettings, as well as directing some of the world’s hottest brands on their property portfolios. Having specialised in central London retail and restaurants for over 20 years, Rob co-founded coffeehouse venture Wildcard in 2018 and is trying to fight the urge to begin brewing beer in 2024, which would confirm his ageing hipster status.
Larissa Scotting
Surveyor
A true multi-hyphenate who loves all things London, Larissa combines her property work with being a literature and film enthusiast, foodie and an expert in digital marketing. As a side hustle, Larissa is casually doing her PhD in Dickens at King’s College London. The rest of her time is taken up with trying to embody ‘dog mum’ as much as possible, by obsessing over her seven-year-old cockapoo Roly.
Guy Passey
Managing Director - Living
Guy has spent the last 20 years working on a wide range of development projects that are usually ‘bed led’ and London focused. Guy started his career at EA Shaw and CBRE working and advising on a wide range of central London, mixed-use development projects from office to residential conversions and ground up new developments. The scale of these projects would range from single units to several hundred units. Guy’s experience enables him to deliver a true end-to-end service for his loyal client base in London and beyond.
Hayden McDonald
Architecture & Design
A specialist across retail, hospitality, and residential properties, Hayden has built his reputation on transforming the most creative ideas into exceptional realities. Recent projects include Louis Vuitton’s Bond Street flagship store, Balenciaga Harrods and Dior Heathrow. Aside from his 20 years of experience working with London property, Hayden also occasionally deals with the most rural of projects in his homeland New Zealand.
